How To Chat With Facebook Ad Support

If you are someone that run ads regularly on Facebook ads manager, sooner or later you will run into a situation that requires you to contact Facebook ad support team. This could be for any reason:

  • Your ad account was disabled
  • You are experiencing an error
  • Your ad was disapproved
  • You need help with something on Facebook ad platform
  • Etc.

When any of these happen, you will need to reach out to Facebook ad support team to resolve. However I have discovered many people don't know how to do this. In this article, I will talk about how you can reach Facebook ad support via email and via chat, whichever you prefer.

How to Reach Facebook Ad Support

There are two different ways you can contact Facebook's support team. I will talk about both ways in this article. You can use any of them you prefer.

First Way You Can Reach Facebook Ad Support

1. Go to your Facebook ads manager account

2. Click on the help icon to your left. The image attached below shows where you will see this



3. Click on contact support team in the navigation pane that opens to your right, once you click the help button above



4. Select a summary of the issue you are having, out of the available options that show


5. Select your preferred method of contact, either email or chat and click on start chat button

Now you have been able to contact Facebook's team. We will now take a look at the second method.

Second Way You Can Reach Facebook Ad Support



2. Scroll down and click on the Get started button. A screenshot is below



3. Select the affected ad account, and a summary of the issue

4. Click on the contact support button



That is all. As I have shown in this article, reaching Facebook's support team is not difficult. You can easily get across to them by following the steps I have listed above.
